In today’s society, children are very stressed with societal demands, and mothers are also feeling overwhelmed, having to juggle children, chores, spouse, helpers and/or in-laws, and even parent-volunteer activities. How can mothers be happy?
More often than not, mothers become more and more stressed, and often take this out on the children. How do they then give their children given the essential care, love and support which they need?

Come and learn more on how to be a happier mother, able to cope with the unspoken emotions hidden underneath all the daily demands, and learn how a mother's healthy emotions, thoughts and actions will connect her ever more powerfully with her beloved children.
